Transformed two full floors (7th & 8th) with new millwork, upgraded finishes, and modernized layouts
· Transformed the front-of-house with a hospitality-inspired reception, touchdown workspace, and concierge-style admin zone.
· Designed a café with coffee shop ambiance to serve as both a staff hub and pre-function space for the adjacent training room.
· Reconfigured electronics labs and added new meeting and informal collaboration spaces to support evolving research needs.
· Accommodated MERL’s annual summer intern program by ensuring ample, flexible workspaces and improving intern support areas.
· Integrated advanced electrical, fire protection, HVAC, and plumbing systems to support both laboratory research and office operations.
· Managed furniture coordination and phased workstation re-installation to ensure seamless occupancy with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
· Installed custom glazing and drywall assemblies that enhance transparency and maximize natural light throughout the workspace.
