Transformed two full floors (7th & 8th) with new millwork, upgraded finishes, and modernized layouts
· Transformed the front-of-house with a hospitality-inspired reception, touchdown workspace, and concierge-style admin zone.
· Designed a café with coffee shop ambiance to serve as both a staff hub and prefunction space for the adjacent training room.
· Reconfigured electronics labs and added new meeting and informal collaboration spaces to support evolving research needs.
· Accommodated MERL’s annual summer intern program by ensuring ample, flexible workspaces and improving intern support areas.
· Refreshed finishes and furnishings across one-and-a-half floors to modernize the overall aesthetic without disrupting ongoing operations.
